Subject	position and adjustment of shock actuators

Message	can someone pls tell me the proper position of the shock actuators, both front and back and how do you adjust/turn them? i recently installed a FSB and i believe both my actuators aren't on the factory position. i should've noted their position when i changed my springs. an un-molested pix or link would be great. thanks.
